These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AlZajel platform. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

AlZajel provides a hosted, multi-tenant platform for operating a mobile virtual network business. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Sandbox and trials

Sandbox and trial accounts are provided for evaluation. No real network operations are performed in sandbox mode, and trial data may be removed after the trial period ends.

Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Support is provided through the channels described on our Contact page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
