Who we are

AlZajel provides a software platform that lets mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) and their distributors manage subscribers, inventory, billing and support. We act as the data processor for the business customers ("tenants") who operate on the platform.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the service:

Account information: name, email address and phone number of the users you create.
Business information you enter: distribution hierarchy, subscribers, SIM inventory, plans and transactions.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and log data, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use information solely to operate, secure and support the platform — authenticating users, processing the operations you request, preventing abuse, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data.

Data isolation and security

Each tenant's data is stored in a separate, isolated database schema. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive fields at rest, login-throttling and audit logging. Access is restricted by role-based permissions.

Data retention

We retain tenant data for as long as the account is active. When an account is closed, data is retained for a limited period to allow recovery, then deleted.

Your rights

Tenants and their users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the address below. Where required by law, we will respond within the applicable timeframe.
